Point Of View

50mm - The Photography club of IIM-Amritsar presents "Point Of View": a photography competition. This event is designed for individuals who observe the world around them closely and carefully and have the ability to narrate their observations as a story in an engaging manner. The first round of this event will be held online. The contestants will be required to submit photo(s) based on a theme. The photo(s) will be reviewed for its originality. If the photo(s) submitted by a team matches existing content, the group won't be allowed to move to the next round.

Participation Guidelines

o Plagiarism is not acceptable.

o A team must consist of 2-3 members.

o Maximum 2 entries per team is allowed, else may lead to disqualification.

o It doesn't necessarily need to be DSLR picture.

o The decision of the judges shall be final in all matters.

o The organizers can tweak the rules of the event as per the situation.

o Further details about the event would be communicated to all the participants through their registered email ids.

The event will include two rounds; first round being an elimination round.
